The star means it was a government reprint ... U can use it as 10$ but it's worth way more to collectors

A star note means the government made an error in printing .... They are worth anywhere from double to 10x the amount of the actual bill to collectors!

Nice. I have heard of change being worth money because if printing accidents. I guess I never thought about it happening to cash. Now the $2 bill with the low serial #what does that mean?
