MADE IN AMERICA.Lightly used, has a seat belt type of snap on it, I don't know if that is why this one does not loosen around the dog's neck when they wear it, that's why I never liked this style of collar, but this one is different. It does have a little bit of wear on it you can see in the pictures. My dog is wearing the same type of collar now, this is her old one she outgrew.
