Story book in like new condition, 12 figurines & play mat. I took the pic of play mat next to a baby playard so u can HV a general idea how big it is. Its a made out of paper has a glossy finish well kept with no holes. I would say it can be laminated to last a bit longer depending how rough kids are with it. Book has a tiny bend on the lower right side which pic shows, that's how i bought it. RETAIL VALUE$ 25 . My son played with 3 times n lost interest in it.
