Obama Inauguration Day Official Commemorative Souvenir (2009 USPS). This was sold by the U.S. Postal Service for $14.95. Although I have seen recently sell on eBay for $20.

When I came across this one, it was still shrink-wrapped to the USPS backing card used to display and sell it in the post offices. Since I found it in the trunk of a car, it had become "warped", I guess from the tight shrink wrap and possibly a slight amount of moisture that developed in the trunk of the car while sitting in different weather changes.

The warping was mainly on the "backing card" and very little to the folder you see in the photos. I put it in a book with a little weight on top and it seemed to straighten out quite bit. Maybe if you are creative with a warm iron you can do even better, although I think it seems ok like it is.

With the combination of the scanner and camera photos, you should be able to determine the true condition.
