You can keep re-listing it, if you do not get the bid you want, up to 10 times for the same product then you can not list it any more.

I did you noticed that the bid did not change it stayed the same because they will not let you go up.Someone has to bid and since I am the highest bidder someone would have to out, bid me before it goes up you can change the flat rate, insurance etc for the next time at the price you want from the CD this way you get your 15000 points. 30 dolllars right?

Next time see if they let you GIN, when you place a bid they have a place that let's you pick a higher number for get in now or GIN. If not then you have to sell 5 things first before they let you do this.
