I'm original owner and bought this game new when it came out. Have finished the game long time ago and it was sitting on my shelf. Game comes with case and booklet, booklet is pretty new and I never actually opened it accept for pictures ofcourse. There are no scratches on all 3 Discs, been well kept and protected.

fanned watching and bidding. What is the condition of the backs of the discs? I cant tell if there is any scratches. I am just wondering. If it is easier to tell then to show then all I need is that and I will believe you. Good game btw.

There are absolutely no scratches on all 3 Discs, they are like new. As I mentioned I'm original owner, also I take good care of all my games. Kudos to you for asking because one has to be careful about game discs to unscratched or have minimal scratches, because they effect the gameplay. PS3 bluray discs can take far more scratches and it won't effect gameplay as much, but Xbox DVD's you have to protect them from scratching!

Thank you for getting back to me. I agree completely. Also I was asking only because my 360 has been VERY sensitive when it comes to some games. Possibly because I at one point had the red ring level 3 but got the metal plate it it taken out afterwards.

I don't think the red ring would affect the laser which is responsible for reading game discs. It might as well depend on the system it self. I was reading that it is really important to not to move Xbox console when the game disc is inside, especially when the game is playing.
My Xbox reacts to different games as well, sometime its gets hot and thinks really hard when I played Batman and Crysis games, but most playing most of the games it stays normal.

Depends on which lights are red when it comes to the red ring. There is a known issue on the white Xbox's that makes the laser become too hot and will burn a ring into the discs. The black ones don't really have it, but damage to the discs can occur if there is too much movement in the house.

Yes exactly, my friend moved his Xbox when the game was playing inside and scratched the disk. Sometime it can be done unintentionally by fooling around or even earthquake.
