I like! This was part of a Kay-Bee Toys-exclusive wave of repainted "Spychanger" figures from the 2001-2002 "Robots in Disguise" series. I only got one figure from that wave, Hoist (a repaint of X-Brawn). The other figures in the series aside from Hoist and this Optimus Prime (which is a repaint of Scourge) included:
-Silverstreak (a repaint of Sideswipe)
-Prowl (a repaint of Prowl 2)
-Autobot Jazz (a repaint of Side Burn)
All are meant to have paint jobs resembling characters from the 1980's.

Ironically enough, Scourge's larger figure from RID was a repainted 90's Optimus Prime, so this figure brings it a bit full-circle, if you know what I mean.

Actually it was s toy sold at Dollar General a few years ago.

They were also sold at Kay-Bee, in addition to Family Dollar.

Thanks! I. Figure I might as well pick up where I left off with Hoist, and continue till I got them all--especially Wheeljack, he's my favorite character.
