yes, if it's a similar item, clothing with another clothing auction, or even jewelry with another jewelry item, it is an additional dollar, but if it's a different weight, heavier than first class combined, which is 13 oz. and under, then i'd have to use a flat rate envelope @ $5.60. hope this answers your question.
