The listing, Kickboxing Freestanding Adjustable Height Bag has ended.

This bag has a base that you fill with water and it stays in place. I always used wrestling shoes and bag gloves when working on it, so it has no rips, tears, or any real wear at all. It is adjustable in height and the bag can be switched out for a human form (sold seseparately at Sports Authority).
