I believe you, I bought a brooch at an estate sale that was missing 1 stone that I knew I hadn't a chance in Hades of ever finding another to fill the large space. The stones are like these and I believe they are called marguerita stones, the ones I have are watermelon with reds and greens and the colors just grabbed me and I didn't let go of it!

I have some old flowers on stems and some may not be vintage. My passed away 2 years ago and she had a lot of pins but she was ill for the past 8 years ago before that.
