I'm not sure of the persons name but I bought a few items similar to this one up in Fort Payne Alabama at a beautiful place called De Soto Falls. They have a neat little gift shop there with a lot of beautiful things made by local artists that they sell in thier shop ;)

I got it last summer on a trip up there. It is one of my favorite places to o for the day, lots of really great artists up there and I have been a passionate and prodessional artist my whole life, so I've been lucky to make some really neat artistic friends up there . So glad you can appreciate it :)
