THIS IS NOT A WEBSITE LINK! This is a full instructional guide that I have put together from my own experience. It does include all the coupon lingo.

I have been couponing for over 3 years now and no longer pay for tons of items including toothpaste/brush, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo/conditioner and grocery items! I have also gotten paid to buy baby formula and diapers! I have helped many of my fellow military families shave tons off their grocery bills! The more you coupon the more you will save. Like anything else practice makes perfect!
