Hand painted with a beautiful matching design on each side. It has a scalloped edge along the top, and the handle has the appearance of being braided along the top, but underneath, it's flat. The glass inside is frosted. I don't know if it's crystal or not, there aren't any etchings or stickers and it's been in the family for many many decades so the history isn't remembered.

It's 7 inches tall including the handle and it's 4 inches across at its widest part. Please refer to the pictures.
