Would this be short enough on the bottom for a boy dog to pee? He's a 1 lb 4 oz Chihuahua.

I would assume that the length of your puppy would have to be taken in account..The bottom velcro measures about 7in..I would 2 in goes for the neck area and 5 for the belly area..you should measure him and see if it would fit! Hope this helps ;)
