The listing, Nokia Lumia 520 - Barely Used has ended.

I bought this in August 2013 and only used it for a month (I switched to Sprint and got the iPhone 5) and it's just been sitting in a drawer ever since. The carrier is AT&T. It's like new, no scratches on the screen or back. The only flaw is a tiny scuff mark on the bottom left corner on the back, which I've included pictures of. I did a factory reset on it so all my information is cleared from it. It does not come with a SIM card. It uses a micro USB charger.
I ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR SHIPPING ONLY. If I do not receive payment for shipping within seven days of the auction ending, I will relist and keep credits.
If the bidding goes over 10k or if you are interested in GIN, shipping will be free and I'll include a charger. Let me know if you would like GIN and we can work something out.

I believe it depends on the SIM card/data plan you use. It has 4G capabilities; when I was using it that's what I had. But I'm almost positive it depends on what plan you have.

It should be. The account attached to the phone has been closed for months and it was prepaid, so there's no outstanding fees. As far as I know I don't have to do anything else to clear it. I switched carriers also, so my entire account with AT&T was closed out, which should have cleared everything I had tied to the phone. I've done a factory reset as well.

I have no idea if it's unlocked or not. I would assume since it's an AT&T gophone it can be used with any SIM card with any carrier, on a contract or not, because that's what would make sense. But who knows man, cell phone companies are confusing and weird.
