Please don't flag this!!!!!!...it is not against the rules. i was told that i needed to wipe it clean due to copy rites on books. this is like new and a wonderful gift. i got a kindle for christmas and thought someone here would love this as a gift or for yourself if you love to read. you can download tons of books through the sony site or even from a library. the case and computer cable are included. it holds tons of books and just think...less storage with this device. any questions please feel free to ask and i will answer as best i can. i'm kind of nervous about listing this because you know how much these cost, so please bid high.

WELL people sell other digital media on here. Like xbox download codes, memory card with save files, cell phones, mp3 players and computers. So i guess whom ever flagged you needs to get on the ball with everything else. I am tired of people not being fair on here. I LOVE Listia but it gets very annoying having to scroll though 25 DL code listing just to get to a real item.

Dont get nervous, you know people wait till the very end to bid. This will do great. And as far as flagging you, I think people need to get a life. Leaving media on things like this should not be a problem, and I dont understand why people make such a big deal out of it. I hate having to scroll through all those code and coupons too. This is a great auction and I wish more people would list real items like this.

Bevorly, i think you are confused about what the issue is. xbox download codes don't have an issue. memory cards with save files, cell phones, mp3 players and computers can have an issue if they contain digital files such as the examples in my earlier comment and are listed on Listia with such files. the issue is in regards to digital files and copyright law and the first sale doctrine and the terms of use for such purchased files and the legal liability for sellers and Listia.

digital files such as ebooks, music/movie files, etc., cannot be transfered or sold to another person due to legal and copyright laws, which is why Listia does not allow it. the laws for paper books, physical CDs/DVDs are different and allow it.

Don't worry about the get it now thing - once the auction reaches half that amount, the option will disappear. If I had the points, I'd bid it up to that just to clear it for you even though I won't have the points to buy it. Wish I did.

You can definately download from public library for free!!!!!!!!!!! I do it all the time!!!!! You just need the cable between e-reader and pc/laptop....Kindle is the only one that i know won't let you do it. GL on this!!!!!!!!!!!!! Suggest blocking anyone who is negative.

some of listia's rules are just not fair at all, i luv listia but there could be changes made to make it better. Like this for an example, books were pd for already. Good luck on this auction, it deserves ALOT of credits!

I'm sure you could. I downloaded 2 of the books from the"LEFT BEHIND" series. I never checked on the bible itself though. You can go to sony.com and see what the have or the library

wonder why you can't have books on it considering that they've been paid for. you're allowed to sell paper books as used, why not ebooks? seems silly. anyway, very awesome auction and i will be keeping an eye on it :D
