Stone of Transformation & Emotional Clarity

Malachite is a stone of antiquity, with a history dating back as far as 4000 BC. Legend tells us that the ancient Egyptians obtained their Malachite specimens from the Sinai peninsula. The Book of the Dead indicating that the Egyptians believed that the goddess of the sky “drops stars on the earth in the form of green stones."

Malachite teaches one how to take responsibility for one’s own thoughts, actions and emotions, releasing inhibitions, and encouraging one to express true feelings. Malachite also allows one to feel empathy for another; of ‘being in his shoes’ so that one may be more understanding of the effects of thoughts, actions, and emotions.

Malachite may help one to look deep within oneself and to stimulate instinctive and intuitive reasoning, allowing for positive change which in turn facilitates advancement. It is an excellent stone to clarify the emotions, for allowing recognition as well as release of negative life experiences which one may not or cannot recall. Used with caution, this transformation shall be strong, gentle, and thoroughly cleansing.

is this real Malachite?

Yes M'am. It is genuine Malachite. It would be an awfully big waist of both yours and my time if I did all the work I do to give you the properties of the stone only to give you a fake stone. I appreciate that you have to ask though. All my stones are real unless otherwise stated but I can't think of a reason I would list something that wasn't real. My auctions are very upfront if it is Sterling you will have a pic of the mark if it is anything less I do my best to tell you what it is and if I don't know I say silver tone. Sometimes I will use the word Genuine in auctions for stones that are commonly lab grown or glass and sold as real. It is a great question and I appreciate you taking the time to ask. If you have any other questions keep them coming=)
