$1 Dayton Coal Corporation Scrip/Token.Sprigg, WV. This one is just slightly larger than a Kennedy Half Dollar. This one appears to be copper or a copper alloy mix.
In case you don't know what this is ( I didn't either), here's the history:
Many miners were paid in "scrip" instead of cash by their employers. Scrip refers to coins/tokens and paper money that could only be exchanged for merchandise within the company store. Now you know, lol.
