BNIP. Project CHILDSAFE, a nationwide program to help ensure safe and responsible firearms ownership and storage, developed by the National Shooting Sports Foundation and supported by a U.S. Department of Justice Grant.

Everything still enclosed as originally packaged. Includes one locking system (and this is no regular old bike lock!), 2 keys and the entire 15 page lock instillation instructions and safety brochure.

Item is over 8 inches long and weighs approximately 8-10 ounces, so please keep that in mind while bidding..... Because I am offering this with FREE SHIPPING!! AND I DO REQUITE ALL NEW FANS. Thanks for stopping by and please look in on my other active auctions.

Um....No not all police and state police offices. Not that I knew of, but I didn't realize this would be a problem for anyone, seeing as how that's what Listia is all about.... Getting rid of things you no longer need. I don't need these two anymore, had them for years. And seeing how I am not selling them or trading anything harmful or detrimental to anyone, matter of fact it is to PROMOTE CHILD SAFETY, which I am all for. Some counties/cities/townships do not participate, I found, when I researched the website. Also found, due to lack of funding, since it's begining in 2003, some that did participate in the program, not longer can. Please see below for exact copy from program webpage. Please note the use of the word RESTORED... :

Did not say that it can't..... it's just built a little stronger & different. It CAN be used for bike, or trailer (as another Listian mentioned earlier), or for anything else the owner wants.
