This is an employee promo button from Wal-Mart for when the movie was coming out on VHS ... before DVDs had even been thought of! I believe it's from 1992, so over 20 years old.

Actually I remember this button. It was when Beauty and The Beast first came out with a special edition for DVD and Video. That was in the early 2 000's, then after VHS's were out of style they began doing everything in DVD. Soon came the platinum and diamond edition.
