Girls Youth Small 6-8 Flynn & O'Hara cotton-spandex tights slightly on the thick side. Purchased at a school uniform store for purpose of wearing with skirts and dresses but my daughter prefers leggings over stockings and these were just sitting in her drawer since fall. They can of course can be worn with anything; not just school uniforms.
