Looks great, works great, restored to Apple settings at the Apple store yesterday and the software was updated to the most current IOS. The only issue with this phone is that the home button is a little stiff but If that bothers you, you can turn on assisted touch.

I guarantee a clean ESN number. This phone IS NOT unlocked but IS out of contract with AT&T.

This phone is 100% legit. My husband owns his own company and he provided cell phones to his employees. He upgraded from 3s to 4s and this was one that was turned back in. For your comfort, I am happy to run it through the service that checks the EIN or ESN number for you when I get back in town but the auction will be over, so that will have to be provided to you post auction. The provider is 100% guaranteed to be AT&T because I pay the company cell phone bill. I understand everyone's caution because of all the scammers, and I try to be upfront and provide good information. However, I have also heard it is not smart to post the entire EIN/ESN number online because scammers can use it. FYI.

Regarding the unlocking ... Because this was a business phone we have to deal with the business side of AT&T and it is worse than the consumer side so my Operations person is calling and seeing what can be done. Online there is a form that cannot be found and a wait period. The other option is using an independent company, paying $40, waiting and hope you get an unlock code..... So again proceed as if it is AT&T service only...

I have checked the EIMI number but cannot upload the photos showing it is clear because the auction is too close to the end time. The results indicate the phone is not Blacklisted and the number corresponds to an Apple 3 Gs. If you want me to email you the photo, send me your email address, but I will not post the complete EIMI number online. This phone now has an AT&T SIM card. No luck on the unlocking though. Plan on getting it as an AT & T phone
