A circle skirt is a staple for any wardrobe & it is so easy that even beginner sewers can knock 'em out like hotcakes. I get a lot of emails asking me which "pattern" I used to make it when I list circle skirts. I always draft my own. I'll be happy to not only draft you one to the waist measurement you need but also give a few helpful tips for your future drafts...which you'll approach with confidence, I'm sure.

As a beginner at sewing I always found the "formulas" & directions for drafting your own JUUUUST intimidating enough that for a long time I didn't bother. I'm more of a visual learner, I s'pose. I doubt I am alone here.

I've never been a fan of piecing together digital patterns (though I DO love a sturdier pattern). Yours will be made on butcher paper so it will be plenty sturdy. And it will be "mostly cut" so you can free it with a little snip. That will be done so I can show you how it was drafted & you'll be able to easily draft a new one for yourself or anyone else you like.

And while you will get a paper pattern, I'd be VERY HAPPY to email you additional tips & pictures that would be helpful in making even fuller skirts...assuming you're a fiend for fullness like I am. If you ask me...if you aren't a little afraid of having a Marilyn-Monroe-over-the-grate-moment when a breeze blows...then your skirt is simply not full enough :)

I gotta charge shipping, so please just be cool about it. I can't afford to take on shipping because I have SO MANY listings. If you have other winning bids I am always happy to combine shipping & naturally a pattern would add only a few cents to that if even, depending on whether I'm shipping flat-rate.
