This is a very pretty, sleeveless, brown, turquoise, & white "circle" print top with ruffled neckline, ties in the back & has a slight flare at the bottom.

Very flattering & slimming! The material is a polyester/spandex blend, and therefore very stretchy & accommodating. Perfect alone or paired with a sweater or shrug, & looks great dressed up or down!

In EUC, and has only been worn once or twice. No holes, tears, or stains. Perfect condition!

What kind of material? Does it run big or true to size

It is a polyester/spandex blend. In my opinion it is pretty true to size and the material is pretty stretchy with good "rebound".
