The winner of this auction will receive the miscellaneous lot of 20 assorted dollhouse items and furnishings, exactly as pictured, minus the wooden tray they are sitting on, and the ruler, which is there to show scale. These have never been used in an actual dollhouse, but stored in a clean, dry, smoke-free, pet-free place by an adult collector for about 20 years. Any wear is from storage. One of the black vinyl chairs is dimpled from storage, but the other three are as-news.

The packaged items in the foreground are, left to right, a chalkboard, an iron and a fire extinguisher. The acrylic clear table top is not anchored. It just sits atop the frame. The doll is wearing two pacifiers around her neck! I think she is supposed to be a mother. The inflatable chair really inflates! Not sure where the pyramid shaped thingie came from but I'm including it.
