Shoe is in great condition with no chips or cracks in it. Neat little gift to an expecting mother!

It looks like there is a smug of some kind on the bottom of the shoe....can that be cleaned off or is it a permanent discoloration? thx.

Yes, I took a magic eraser to it and it it came off.
