you said the phone was given to you. AND TRUST ME I'M NOT TRYING TO SOUND LIKE A SMARTIE PANTS but have you ever had it powered on? im interested in bidding. lg makes great phones and i can call the store and found out aobut the pre paid. but most companies will do pre paid even on contract phones the key is it it's contract and there's an old bill there many be negitive lock on it.
so do you know anything about the phone, does it work, is it locked, anything?
again i'm not trying to sound like a smartie pants, i'm truely intrersted. but i want to now what i'm getting, thank you and hava a wondrful day.

you see i do free shipping on all the items i send. and I UNDERSTAND THAT NOT EVERYONE CAN no problem. but since i do, i feel i really earn the credits i have. AS DOES EVERYONE. and getting credits isn't always that easy or quick, so please just understand why we are so careful about what we spend those credits on. again thank you and have a wonderful day.

I can not afford the shipping at this time, like other people I have more important things to spend money on. Yes, the phone does power on an works fine, I wanted to switch it to the cricket network an use it as my own but they couldn't flash it. IF ANYONE doubts the auction, then simply do not bid on it. I guarantee the phone powers on an works fine, if not I wouldn't get my credits an I would get a bad seller rating, wouldn't I? So I'm not trying to auction faulty electronics. please understand that i WASN'T trying to say that you had faulty electronics. and i do completely understand about shipping. i have 2 kids so YES i understand there are more important things to spend the money on then shipping.
i do free shipping to help others out as well. im not downing or trashing you for that. i would NEVER do that to ANYONE especially on their auction page. i was simply asking questions for myself. since you, yourself, said you'd never used it. i am seriously interested in the phone for my husband. he wants a blackberry but this one looks really nice.

Everything is all good. Sprint isn't a popular carrier around here just yet, thats why I'm auctioning instead of selling. I have powered the phone on and everything seems to be in fine working order. The only faults are it is a little scuffed up, like I mentioned in the description.
