Cwa, he can't keep the credits. You don't receive the credits until the product is delivered.

It's Listia's call if they deserve a refund, not the seller's, so there's not even a point in saying so.

If anyone fails to read the auction description it is their fault and not his. He does have every right to keep the credits, although it would be much more kind if he would refund them, as an understanding toward the accidental buyer. Yes it would be the buyers fault, but stuff happens. We are actually "Taught" in school to skim pages. Not actually read every word. Weird. Cause you miss a lot of important contract binding rules that way. And it is a really bad practice. "Read every word and think of all the meanings of every sentence." Underwriters write sentences in ways that you believe you are getting the better deal. But they actually write it meaning that you are not receiving the goos deal" Do yourselves a favor and read and understand what you are getting bound to" also too many people just plain don't read descriptions before they post.

The light is above and behind the card. The front of the xbox is also shadowed. The light lights up the fibers in the card. The picture is genuine. No reason to flag this one or call people names. Nice auction sir!
