Awesome!!!! Thanks so much!!!! I have heard some say don't bother and some say the opposite. I, however, am going to try it with a few rose varieties. Thanks for the info.! :) Happy Monday!

I bought some rose seeds but have never grown them from seed. How hard is it? Have you ever started them from seed? And where are the seeds from, meaning where do you find them on the plant? Thanks again!

The seeds can be found in late fall or early winter in the bulb that is left after the rose dies, if it swells up there is seeds if it withers away there isnt any seeds, usually the newer breeds of roses are so hybridised they dont make seeds, the best bet for you is to hit youtube and just google how to start a rose from seed,

how i would do it is put the seeds into a moist paper towel and fold it place into a ziplock baggie, then store it in your vegetable drawer for a couple months take them out then plant them, i would use a 50/50 mix of perlite and soil so you dont get damping off
