This is my personal phone, listing here because I won a NIB Rise from here. So giving other away. Works like a charm, just wanted one with a Flash as this one doesn't have one. BUT Does have a camera, video, and all the other bells and whistles, lol. comes with charger which is also a usb, a 2G Micro SD Card and of course the battery and back cover. felt the need to say Back Cover and Battery because some ppl who shall remind nameless will post things and if you Don't Ask they Don't tell, lol.

I am totally unknowing about phones but hubby insist I get one so can this phone be used with any calling plan? If not what and is it usable in Washington State?

And that's a great question, but the Only thing I can tell you as far as calling plan is to check the virginmobileusa web site and look at the little maps they show for it. redcamarolady, sorry I don't see an extreme amount of coverage there But if you use their Map Coverage and Zoom in it looks better as far as Where you will need it. sorry I couldn't help more

CORRECTION. the phone is NOT the Rise it's the LG Optimus Slider Virgin Mobile. I won the RISE here BUT will be listing it so I can get the GALAXY instead,lol. It Was NIB when I got it here but now of course the box is opened but STILL Unused.
