This is a really pretty, dark purple, fairly sheer (might get away with flesh-tone bra but would look great with a black cami) blouse from J.C. Penney. It has a really scooped neckline with a keyhole-type button closure and the waist has a drawstring with kind of a peplum look at the front. The sleeves are above the elbow and puffed. I'm tall (5'11") and the waist just hits a bit too high when cinched so I wore it one time.
