This auction is for 20, Southern Mimosa seeds. The Mimosa is a fast growing tree (we have had them grow 15 ft. in a year), and strikingly beautiful when in bloom. However, they can be invasive if seedlings are not kept pulled and planting away from sewage and water lines is recommended. They can be cut back drastically, with no problem.

Humming birds and butterflies love these trees!

The mimosa will grow pretty much anywhere. Just stick in the ground or a pot. They do shed their leaves in winter. They are easy to "train" cut off branches too low for a nice trim looking tree. The tree pictured is about 20 years old.
