Hi! How long are the shoulder straps, and what are this item's dimensions, and closure type (if it closes)? Thank you! :)

Hi. I am away from home, where this bag is currently located, so I can't measure the straps, but they are long enough for me to get over my shoulder with the bag resting right under my arm. I am 5' 9" and wear a size XL, so I think the straps would be workable for most people. I have another bag in this style and usually end up carrying it in my hand, but it is all about personal preference. I checked the Thirty-One website for dimensions, as this product is still available in different color options. Here are the size details: approx. 8” H x 13” W x 6.5” D. This bag does not have a closure on it. I placed a little bit of velcro on a similar bag to create my own closure and it worked really well.
