This is a Large Sterling Silver Plated Salad Serving Set by Godinger. The blue you see in the 4th picture is actually part of the Utensils not lighting. I'm unsure if that is tarnish or not. They are not stamped but the Godinger stickers are still in the box that they came in they used to be affixed to the back of the handles. The Green Felt Box is included.
