Description

The listing, Dog Harness has ended.

Thanks for checking out my auction and any and all looking, watching, fanning, & bidding. I always fan back. Always free shipping with tracking. This auction is for
1 black and red small to small medium dog harness. The Velcro closure is in excellent condition. The clasp works perfectly. There aren't any holes ( except those that were purposefully meant to be ). The material and the metal rings that a leash hooks to are in like new working condition. Nothing at all wrong with it ( except our dogs are too small for a proper fit and can walk out of it or sit super glued to the ground and not walk ) so I need it no more. Hope someone else can get some use from it.

And I thought my Pup's daddy was Houdini also! My Pup Is half Chihuahua and the other bratty half is Jack Russell. So my girl is 15lbs. and I can not find a harness that she can't get out of!. It's a tough call between the small and med. size harnesses and I think I need to buy stock so I can recoup my money that I've lost on these things. I have a stack of them in several colors and she just laughs at them. So spoiled is my little girl. I call her my puparoni.

Roo's turn to get talked about a little......she is a long hair Chihuahua (Mama)
and half "M&M'.....that is, Mystery Man....sounds dramatic, yes?

She weighs 14 pounds, and measures 19inches in the bust. It seems to me that this harness would fit her, yes? She's a bit long for a Chi, neck to tail she's 15 inches. Her groomer says she's a Papillon and Chihuahua...
a Chillon (CHEE-yon) , I like Papichi (pah-PEE-chee).

So, after all that, do you think this will fit my Roo ?

Thanks for your time,
Rose

Awe she is too cool. Absolutely adorable. She does look stockier than curly our chiwhaaat. I do think its quiet possible that it'd work for your lil Roo. Where the concern might fall would be the leg holes. It may be loose. By how much if any I'm uncertain. Do you think that if you were to get it and before tapping 'got it' it could be tried on and if it wasn't a proper enough fit that we'd have a problem getting credits refunded to you and the harness mailed back? I don't know if that's against Listia rules or not. I'm not at home at the moment and it'll be just a bit before I return home but what I can do is see if I can't locate one of my sewing tapes and I can open the harness get the open inches then Velcro to the smallest size measure that then put it on largest setting measure that and see if this might turn up a bit more helpful information then I could email those measurements to you and afterward I could update the listing with same info.

Let me apologize if I came across rude. I just ain't gonna list some icky dirty thing. Cause that'd be just plain disrespectful to my potential buyers not to mention how many less bids my item would generate. So apologies.

Can it be washed? It looks a little dirty.

Well I'm sure it can be it is mesh and cloth. I don't know where ur coming up w it being dirty there isn't even a fuzz ball in the Velcro there is not one dusty spot on it. When I read dirty I just had to get it and inspect it for this dirty u saw and found none. This has not been used much at all. Seriously it was put on my Dixi just five - six times cause I got tired of taking it off her to get her dressed. I put it on my sons chihuahua to see size comparison for a nice lady. As I stated I have no way of knowing a definite size as there is no tag. But if it were me personally any garment won or got used I'd wash before use myself it's just good practice. Whether for human or pooch. But that's just me and my opinion. If nothing else one could do a delicate wash by hand in sink and let air dry if worried machine would damage or put in wash bag then gentle wash.

Do you think it will fit a 10 pound Pomeranian?
Feb 24th, 2014 at 12:42:11 AM PST by
Original
It's an adjustable Velcro closure. I'd say my thinking maybe it would still might be a little loose. I really wish I could say definitely. I don't want anyone upset that there's not a definite size. I'd say boston, frenchie, schaunzer forgive my spelling size. Not saying it wouldn't work just don't know how well of a fit it'd be. Sorry.

My Boston terrier fit it well but we have a half chihuahua and half strange the is long not as long as a dauchsan and short w really long hair I think hoodini was his dad he gets himself out of everything even collars. I'd say (since I cannot say 100%) Boston to a little not much more sticky through the chest and as small as a rat or jack 15-18 so if I have to guess at 12 at the littlest and 17-18 lb max but that's nothing definite.

Sorry for your loss. Our Yorkie died 6 yrs. ago. The void will never leave I think. They say you wear your Yorkie. How true that was. She was with us for 10 years. Was a blessing! ;-)

Fanned and thank you. I know it's like the most difficult time ever getting through the loss of an animal. I've got a hoodie I'd like to put w this but it's got a stain on it so I'm kinda thinking against it idk.

Thank you. It's funny how much you miss an animal when they're gone. You always knew they had ur heart and were part of the family but all that seems to be reinforced a hundred fold when ur left w the memories alone.

I've not forgotten what I told you. I have looked everywhere for the smaller harness for you and it's most likely laughing at me as I look all around it and can't seem to find it. It's somewhere I know. It's funny never can find a place for anything yet when you can't find something it seems like there are endless places for anything. I'm sorry. Wish I could find it.
