I think you need to make it so that whomever wins gets something, regardless of the bidding pricing. In other words, you say if the bidding reaches 500, you get the first auction. There is no way on Listia to give back the credits unless there's a dispute.

It's no problem. It's your first tiered auction. I have a few tiered ones up right now, if you want to see how I do it. Everyone does it a little differently. If you want to look at one of mine look at the "Lot of Seed Beads" one. That may help you. Good luck with this one. I'll be watching it (and bidding)!
