Cress is a rather Quick growing Edible Herb and is related to water cress and mustard and shares its peppery , tangy flavor and aroma....Curly Cress / Garden Cress is fast germinating and fast growing and edible shoots can be harvested in 7 to 10 days after planting when they are 2" to 5" tall.....Cress makes a Great garnish or finely chopped leaves add Zest to mayonnaise , cream cheese or dips.
