It's the 1991 WCW Magazine Christmas special(cover dated Feb 1992). The cover sports P.N. News and a gorgeous Missy Hyatt. The inside has:

*2-sided 1992 Calendar poster

*article on Cactus Jack (Mick Foley)

*Preview of Starcade '91

*interview w/ Lex Luger

*other WCW goodness(if you can call it that)

This is a 22+ year old magazine. It's in great shape for a magazine of its age, but there is some wear on it. If you saw Missy Hyatt today, I'm sure she has some wear on her too!
