Whoever your flagger is, is an idiot. Microsoft doesn't care who you give/sell the software to, as long as it has never been installed/activated. The only auctions I've seen pulled on eBay are the ones selling OEM versions of software. To sell OEM software, some form of computer hardware must be included in the auction. Since that doesn't seem to be the case here, someone is just being an idiot.

FYI Craigslist, eBay & Listia ALL have a 'flag' function. Why? Because some unscrupulous people do NOT adhere to the TERMS of USE for the respective sites. By posting an ad, one has explicitly accepted those TOU. There are far too many ads posted for a few moderators to examine them all. Each site DEPENDS upon the users to call their attention to any ad which violates the TOU. Flagging is not done to be mean. It serves a legitimate purpose of making sure the site is being used as it was intended and not being abused or violating any laws.

I also got stuff flagged and when I ask listia they told me that they didn't know why and would get back to me....never heard back from them of course. Anyway, I don't understand why they have a flag badge. That's just broadcasting to the world that you like to be a snitch. I don't think ANYONE should just be able to flag another auction there should be a process in place or only moderators can flag.

Periodically Walgreens has bubble pack envelopes on coupon 3 for $1. That is the time to stock up. Plus, they have cardboard CD-sized envelopes/holders....I think they are printed "Media Mail", but I'm not sure. Shipping should be under $2.

people flag just cause their bored with themselves and liek to casue trouble when not necessary to make the selves feel special ir shomthing its rediclous and then therre alos others who dont careif you have an issue that comes uo that prevent you frm gettign online to check your lista or wmails and they act like mits the end of the world that you dont respond right away to their inquiries personally as a single mother of 4 i would nt be on here if I had a job and also if i didnt care about communities helping each other this site is awesome casue it saves us less fortuante folks save alot of money and get cool items we probably otherwise never get due to budget limitations If I could Id shout this site out to the whole world lol and the moderators are awesome very helpfula nd get back to you fast on issues when they arise. How can anyone complain about listia itself yes imporvements help but BS that ppl want to pull doesnt . Anyhow lol great auction i will be watching

I got flagged ...probably by the same flagger. Jeez, if something has never been used and you're never going to use it....why shouldn't you have the right to give it away. Some people take it all too seriously......or they don't take it seriously enough. Wish they would just get with the program........it's suppose to be fun...and about community.
