Thank you very much. I believe it helps to add as much information as possible for people to read, before asking questions. I welcome questions. Sometimes folks don't read the entire auction text apparently because they will ask a question or questions about something that could be answered right within the text. I don't mind answering anyway.

You're welcome. Even though I explain about why I can't offer free shipping, people still ask me "why no free shipping?"....sometimes I do offer free shipping, but not too often and then it depends upon what the item is. Obviously I don't and can't offer it on heavy items. :-))

Another thing is that I print all my shipping labels from my PayPal account which includes TRACKING NUMBERS! my shipping prices include the number! people won't pay extra for a tracking number, but they use them when I provide them, I'm sure.

Even though I use tracking numbers and they show that the item has been delivered, I had one woman tell me she did not ever get her item. The tracking information showed that it had been delivered to her address. She lives in an apartment, so either it was delivered to the wrong apartment number or it was left at her door and someone else picked it up. The postal delivery person uses a scanner when they deliver a package that has a tracking number, this is why it shows up delivered. People still complain about shipping prices anyway, whatta ya gonna do? you can't please all the people some of the time, and you can't please some of the people all the time and then there are the people that you can never please no matter how hard you try. BUT I KEEP TRYING.

Yep thats what have you got to do. I usually put the disclaimer on my eBay items. That not responsible for lost or stolen items. I go out of my way to find the cheapest shipping prices. Think people forget we are human and not a company that just replace things. LOL
