I am a collector of cloisonné and got a deal on a few "cloud" cloisonné pens and offering some here on Listia. These are new old stock found in a abandon warehouse. This is brass cloisonné and quality made. My guess it was made in the 80's cause it is similar to items in my collection from that time period. Comes with a nice case to store it and is retractable and refillable. Highly collectible and older quality made cloisonné is becoming hard to find and pricey when you do find it. A must have for any asian collector.
