its a no name. i bought it at a consignment store. inside it is divided into 3 sections. the inside has a divider in the center which is the length of the bag and is a zippered pocket. on either side of the zippered pocket are sections (so all together it has 3 compartments) on one of the side sections it has small open pockets (for a cell phone, lipstick small things like that) on the other side of the open section it has a small zipper pocket (for tampons or private things) The bag is in fantastic conditon. I think that its leather. no rips or tears and no "wear marks". My camera is broken so i cant put anymore pictures up. I had to take down 2 other auctions of mine because they requested more pix and I couldnt provide them, so I apologize. If you need any more information I can provide it for you.
