Very nice color and pretty dress. Its brand new. You can wear it in two ways. Tube or with the straps. You will just have to untie them and hide it inside if you want to wear it like a tube dress. Its very pretty. I love it but i am so skinny for this dress.

Size is actually a free size.. One size fits all. But it can't be lol. So I would say s to medium or size 2 to 4.

I wear size 2 but it's loss so i wear size 4.. I think this would fit you but maybe it will be too short if your taller.

I would say it's size 2 to 4. From the top of the shoulder straps to the hemline it's 30" long.. It depends on how do you want it to wear. From the tube to the hem line it's 24" long. Hope that helps.
