Although this blouse says Woman Stretch, I do not see it stretching very much. It is a cotton/spandex material. Black, button down, and short sleeved, this top could be worn for either a dress occasion, for work, or for casual events. It is a size 2X. It has been stored for a while so it does need washed and dried to remove wrinkles. I double check everything before shipping so rest assured you are getting an item that is in good shape.
It comes from a smoke free home but we do have a Jack Russell and a York-Chon.
