The listing, LOT of WOOL YARN has ended.

I have for you here a lot of 7 yarns, I believe are all wool. The ones without paper sleeves, I am not sure...I did the squeeze test and the yarn "squeaks" a bit. That is how I test if its wool...sorry, if someone has a better way please let me know. The red did not photo well, they are real red-red. not orangey-red as seen in pics.

Okay the details:
2 - 1509 BRITE RED (look like full skeins)
1 - hot pink (no sleeve, looks near full)
1 - 1522 BLUE (full skein)
1 - NAVY BLUE (maybe 70% of skein left)
1 - 1568 SAND BEIGE (full skein)
1 - brown (maybe 25% of skein left)

I only send to verified addresses.

Questions & Comments

traditionally people use the burn test to figure out if it is wool or not, this can be very precise, depending on the qualities of the ash that remains -- but that can lead to more confusion . I prefer to use the felting test. If you cut a segment off of about 3 inches, and wet it with hot water and soap and roll it around vigorously into a tight ball in your hands, and eventually the fibers bind together to become a felted ball, then i'd call it wool, but If you can easily pull the strand apart again, I call it something else... acrylic or a blend of less than 60 % wool.

Yes, I do have one listed of yellow yarn that I believe is acrylic. They don't have their paper sleeve. I will be posting more soon, still organizing... :)
