The listing, Wapsipinicon Peach Tomato *Extremely Rare* (15 seeds) has ended.
Seeds from my garden. Picture is of one from my garden.
These are the best tomatoes I have eaten thus far. They are the size of a plum and slightly fuzzy like a peach. Very sweet tomato and a huge hit with kids.
This strain came from Dennis Schlicht and is named after the Wapsipinicon River in northeast Iowa. Heavy producer of 2" round fuzzy yellow fruits. Sweet, juicy, well-balanced flavor. Winner of SSE’s 2006 Heirloom Tomato Tasting. Rot resistant. Indeterminate, 80 days from transplant.
Thanks for bidding. They are great tomatoes. I always try different varieties every year and keep the one I like best as a permanent stay in the garden. These ones will be grown from here on out.
