Do you know from what series this guy is from? Also, only 3in. tall? When the robot is standing up, how tall is it?

I believe that he is from the first series, but I am not sure. and yes he is three inches tall when standing up.

I am not sure there was a three inch tall figure in the original line of toys. This could be from the minis that came out around the 4th series. Still an amazing and highly collectible piece.
