Just got today for my listia friends, bought this at a flea market...24kgl is stamped on the clasp...is has different colors on the links pastel colors...its a good length for bigger ankles...11" wow thanks for looking free shipping i have another one listed with 24kt stars...take a look

Hi, hate to be the one to tell you, But i searched, and 24KGL, means Layered, Just Gold Dipped NOT REAL GOLD:( check for yourself, I am bummed! But it is Pretty regardless.

I understand, I just know that people(myself included) are interested in any markings on a piece of jewelry and what they mean. I am sorry, It was not in any way, to put down the auction, I still think it's pretty & am watching it:) actually I really Like it a lot & fanned u! People just want to and have a right to know what they are getting, so they can bid accordingly. I am NOT Blaming you!! We are all tired and have lives other than Listia. Fanned you - great anklet - was really hoping it was 24KT gold - allergic to most things. I dare say however 24kgl is not as soft as 24KT gold as it is layered. It will probably have no problem holding it's shape whereas the higher the karat of gold the softer it is.
