I'm so sorry, I no I took the measurements for u, I must not have pushed send.. from armpit to armpit laid flat its 18 INCHES , but it does stretch a bit and the length is 28 INCHES

It looks like there is a piece of beading or wood square missing on the back on the top section. Do you have that piece so that it can be put back on?
