Waist all the way around Unstretched 24", stretched is 34"

I'm sorry it's under clear. I order them. Wanted a large. I definitely would call them s/m. Unstretched the waist is 24" all the way around- stretch waistline ( by using my hands to stretch and measure is 34" all the way around.
They are new, and I've never tried on, as I can see they wouldn't fit me.

what is the inseam. i'm tall... any chance they are 33 or 34 inseam?

Im only 5'6", when I hold them up to me, they look like they would go below my ankle and be a little long for me,
I just measured the inseam it is 26 1/2" ? With a 3/4" hem. From waist to hem it 36". The stretch in the leggings is horizonally.

Waist Unstretched is 24" and by me stretching waist band with May hands, it was approx measuring 34"

To your question. Back in the day, I wore that size, and I would have to say yes, I believe, with 95% certainty! that they would fit a 0 to 8 , with the waist measurements, that matches my est. thanks
